We are a group of business owners that are committed to providing drug free work sites. The Alliance was formed to easily identify each other and allow the public to identify us. Each business has their own drug testing policy, but all policies must meet or surpass the criteria established by the Alliance.

Have or set up a drug Testing Program All owners/partners and employees drug & alcohol tests are negative All owners/partners and employees’ Criminal and Social Security Number background search is acceptable (based on established guidelines) All owners/partners and employees agree to a minimum of one drug & alcohol test per year	All owners/partners and employees agree to having a background search each year All owners/partners and employees are enrolled in a random testing consortium A confirmed positive drug or alcohol test is grounds for loss of Alliance membership Testing & background checks are administered by OnSITE Drug Testing & Consulting, LLC

Why do Drug testing? Drug testing and background searches are a company means to identify individuals participate in risky behavior. 85% of substance abusers hold down full time jobs. A large percentage of work place accidents involve a person under the influence of illicit drugs or alcohol. An individual abusing alcohol and illicit drugs will use more sick time. Crime is more prevalent where drug abuse occurs.
